Visit Red Fort

This grand fort built during the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan's reign, this majestic building made of red sandstone is the location from where the Prime Minister of India addresses the nation every Independence Day. The Diwan-e-khas, and Diwan-e-am, the weaponry museum and the sound and light show are all worth seeing at the Red Fort.

Visit Jama Masjid

Built during the reign of the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, one of the largest mosques in India, the Jama Masjid's large courtyard, onion domes and central tank are built of red sandstone and white marble in the Indo-Islamic style.

Visit Rajghat

The place where the remains of Mahatma Gandhi have been placed, set amidst exotic trees and fountains.

Visit Akshardham Temple

Visit Rashtrapati Bhawan

Formerly the Vice-regal Lodge, the building is the presidential palace. It was completed in 1929 at a cost of 12,53,000 pound sterling and has 340 rooms.

Visit India Gate

Situated on Rajpath, in the center of Delhi, this 42-meter high arch, was designed by Edwin Lutyens, in memory of the Indian soldiers who sacrificed their lives during the first World War. Their names can be seen inscribed on the arch. The Amar Jawan Jyoti, an eternal flame, burns in memory of the unknown soldier, beneath the shelter of the arch, which is surrounded by green lawns, fountains and water bodies - an evergreen picnic zone in the heart of central Delhi.

Visit Humayun's Tomb

Built by Humayun's wife, Hamida Begum, in 1556, after Humayun's death, this elegantly proportioned tomb, set on a platform amidst a garden, is believed to have influenced the design of the Taj Mahal.

Visit Bahai Temple known as Lotus Temple

This aesthetically designed monument, commonly known as the Lotus Temple, because the white marble structure is built to in the shape of a lotus, set amidst, lakes and green lawns. It is a serene house of meditation, within which there are no idols and total silence prevails, so all can meditate in complete peace.

Visit Qutab Minar

Built during the reign of Sultan Qutub-ud-din Aibak in 1199 A.D., this 72.5 m high pillar is a symbol of the Delhi Sultanate. Near it can be seen the ruins of Kila Ri Pithora, the fort of Prithviraj Chauhan, and an amazing iron pillar from Gupta times which has not yet rusted.

Visit Safdarjang's Tomb

Built by Nawab Shauja-ud-Daula in 1753 to preserve the remains of his father, this tomb has been described as "the last flicker in the lamp of Mughal architecture'.

Visit Jantar Mantar

The first of five observatories built by Sawai Jai Singh II of Jaipur (1699-1743), the structure has huge masonry instruments.

  • Hotels in hilly regions like Ladakh do not offer AC in rooms.
  • Mandatory Christmas/New Year Eve dinner cost is not included and will be applicable as advised by the hotel.

  • Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
  • AC will be switched off during hill drives.
  • Travel Online reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID's (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.
  • For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
  • In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing.
  • Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:-
    • 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
    • 30 days to 16 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
    • 15 days &, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
