Itinerary

Day 01 : Arrival in Cochin & transfer to the Hotel

On arrival at Cochin airport or Ernakulam railway station our representative having a placard displaying your name will meet you to pick you up and transfer to your hotel. This afternoon you will visit Fort Kochi beach, Jewish Synagogue, Mattancherry Palace or 'Dutch Palace' & the Chinese Fishing Nets. In the evening enthrall yourself with a special presentation of the colorfully costumed Kathakali Dance Drama at a local theatre; thereafter return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 02 : Cochin to Periyar

After breakfast drive to Periyar on a scenic route dotted with plantations of rubber, cardamom, cocoa, green pepper and areca nut, to the wildlife reserve at Periyar. Arrive Periyar and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day free for walk around in the peaceful town known for various Spice and coffee plantations. Overnight stay at the hotel in Periyar.

Day 03 : Periyar to Munnar

Early morning after breakfast, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Periyar to see wild elephants. Afternoon drive to Munnar, the famous hill station of Kerala. Arrive Munnar and transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Munnar.

Day 04 : Munnar Sightseeing tour

Day is free to relax and to walk around. Munnar is situated near the Anaimudi Peak, the highest peak in the Western Ghats. Also visit Rajamalai & Eravikulam National Park, 15Kms from Munnar, this is the natural habitat of the Nilgiri Thar, a rare mountain goat (Hermitragas Hylocres). Marayoor, 40Kms from Munnar, the only place in Kerala that lays claim to the natural growth of Sandalwood. The Muniyara caves with murals and relics from the New Stone Age Civilization. A Children's Park, spread across a hectare of land under the canopy of a Single Banyan Tree, are of great interest to tourists. Overnight stay at the hotel in Munnar.

Day 05 : Munnar to Kumarakom

After breakfast proceed to Kumarakom near Kottayam and stay in one of the backwater resorts. The panoramic backwaters here offer an ideal retreat to enjoy nature at its best. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kumarakom.

Day 06 : Kumarakom to Alappuzha

Morning drive a short distance before switching over to a boat for a through many canals and waterways up to Alleppey. The backwater cruise in a country boat is the best way to explore the villages and rural life. In Alleppey you will be taken aboard your floating houseboat, a different boat with a bedroom and en-suite rest room for your comfort. Enjoy unlimited surfing on backwaters, sip a coconut, get disturbed by only the chirping of birds and occasional ripples in water and savor mouthwatering delicacies prepared in front of you by your Kitchen crew. Spend the night on board the houseboat. Enjoy a cruise on the backwater through a maze of canals and lagoons and enjoy freshly caught fresh water fish cooked to your taste on board. Overnight stay at the hotel in Allapuzha.

Day 07 : Alappuzha to Kovalam

After breakfast proceed to Kovalam & transfer to hotel. the international beach Resort with full of Coconut trees. Kovalam is an internationally renowned beach of Kerala, with three adjacent crescent beaches. Kovalam has been a favorite haunt of tourists, especially Europeans, since the 1930s. A massive rocky promontory on the beach has created a beautiful Bay of calm waters ideal for sea bathing. The leisure options at this beach are plenty and diverse - sunbathing, swimming, herbal body toning massages, special cultural programs, Catamaran cruising etc. Evening enjoy the beach. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kovalam.

Day 08 : Kovalam to Trivandrum Day trip

Morning drive to Trivandrum- gateway to one of the most beautiful states in India - Kerela. The city presides over one of the most scenic states, stretching along the southern coast of the country, with the backwaters of the Arabian sea reaching deep into the veredant countryside, kerela affords a fascinating experience. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Trivandrum visiting The ancient temple of Sri Padmanabhaswamy is one of the major attractions in the city of Thiruvananthapuram.Napier Museum was built in 1880 and shows a harmonious blending of Kerala, Mughal, Chinese and Italian architectural styles. Sri Chitra Art Gallery has a good collection Tanjore, mughal, and Rajput schools of art. The Zoo in Thiruvananthapuram has many shady and delightful walks. Later back to Kovalam. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kovalam.

Day 09 : Kovalam to Trivandrum Airport or Railway Station

Early morning witness the sunrise from the terrace of the hotel and after breakfast drive to the Trivandrum Airport to connected the flight for your onward journey.

  • A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room.
  • The third occupant of the room shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
  • The package price does not include:–
    • Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
    • Any other meals and services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions
  • No Check In allowed for Unmarried Couple
  • Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
  • Hotels in hilly regions like Ladakh do not offer AC in rooms.
  • Mandatory Christmas/New Year Eve dinner cost is not included and will be applicable as advised by the hotel.

  • Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
  • AC will be switched off during hill drives.
  • Travel Online reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID's (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.
  • For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
  • In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing.
  • Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:-
    • 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
    • 30 days to 16 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
    • 15 days &, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
